What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs. For selected products or trial projects, small-batch production may also be supported depending on product type and material preparation.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. MIAOLE supports OEM customization, private label projects, and ODM development, including design support, structural development, and manufacturability evaluation.
Can I customize colors and logo?
Yes. Once the MOQ is met, we can support custom colors, logo printing, and selected appearance updates based on your project requirements.
How long does sampling take?
Sample lead time is usually 7–15 days depending on product complexity. Small trial production normally takes around 15–20 days.
Do you support custom projects based on samples or drawings?
Yes. We support sample-based development, drawing-based customization, and ODM product development. We can also provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) evaluation, mold flow analysis, and structural optimization support to help improve manufacturability before production.
Can an existing product be resized or reshaped?
Yes, selected adjustments can be supported. However, larger size changes or structural modifications may require mold revision or a new mold depending on the product design and engineering requirements.
Are your raw materials safe?
Yes. The raw materials used in production are sourced according to international market requirements and are selected with compliance and product safety in mind. Material control is treated as an important part of product development and production quality.
